Slim For Life breaks will introduce you to foods that taste
good, make you feel good and which will lead to permanent weight loss.
Accommodation is available in three
newly-built cottages. Visitors
may join the regular classes during their stay, or book in for personal
training, which can include advice on diet and supplements.
Walking is a great way to increase
health and fitness, tone up and trim. There are classes on most days
and at different times - morning, noon and night - to accommodate early
birds as well as those who like to get out at the end of the day. Group
sessions are suitable for all ages and most abilities, with a class
on Thursday specifically for those who need to exercise with extra care.
All participants are encouraged to have a fitness assessment before
signing up for a full course.
Group training is conducted out of doors on grass training tracks
while there is an indoor facility for personal training when needed.
All the exercise sessions are fun, effective and, apart from a decent
pair of training shoes, there is no need to bring special equipment
- weights, poles, etc. are provided.

Reduced rates for those completing
a Fitness Assessment (£32) and paying for 12 Power Walking sessions
(£68) or 10 Nordic Walking sessions (£70).
